- Must be at least 21 years of age & U.S. Citizen
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid Oklahoma Drivers License

- No felony convictions or major misdemeanors
- No Domestic Violence convictions
- No convictions for crimes of moral turpitude
