PLYMOUTH POLICE DEPARTMENT Entry Level Police Officer The Town of Plymouth a rural community in Litchfield County covering 22.4 square miles and home to approximately 12,000 residents with a police department comprised of twenty-four (24) Officers and two (2) Reserve Officers is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer online through PoliceApp.com. Individuals must meet CT-POSTC Entry Level Requirements. Salary $66,225.71 to $95,990.30. Candidates must be twenty-one (21) years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid CT driver's license , and be a non -smoker. Must pass written, Cooper Standards Physical Fitness Test, oral, psychological, polygraph, physical examination, drug screening, and background investigation. Position receives paid vacation time; holiday, personal, sick, and bonus time, uniform/cleaning allowance, longevity pay.
