Deputy Sheriff - Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office Immediate Full Time position, 12 Hour Shifts STARTING SALARY $23,920 per year, during 8 week Field Training $30,000 per year, upon successful completion of Field Training BENEFITS  CERF Retirement Program  United Healthcare Medical Insurance  Monthly Cellular Telephone Stipend  All Uniforms and Equipment Supplied MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record  Be at least 21 years of age  Possess visual acuity of at least 20/200 correctable to 20/20 in both eyes  Possess a high school diploma or GED  No Felony Convictions or Misdemeanor Convictions for Domestic Violence / Moral Turpitude  Be Missouri POST certified / minimum of a Class B Peace Officer’s License SELECTION PROCESS  Written Entrance Exam  Oral Board Interview  Sheriff / Chief Deputy Interview  Medical Examination / Drug Screen  Background Investigation HOW TO APPLY Apply in person at the Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office.
