Office of the Sheriff Crawford County The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office is currently accepting applications for the position of Road Patrol Deputy, Court Bailiff, and Jail Deputy/Detention Officer. • Must possess a Missouri Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) license/ POST certification and meet other minimum requirements for Road Patrol, Bailiff, or Jail Deputy. • Starting Salary ranges from $40,000.00 to $42,080.00, based upon experience and education for POST certified employees. • Starting Salary ranges from $36,000.00 to $38,080.00, based upon experience and education for civilian employees for the position of Detention Officer. • Training, uniforms and equipment supplied. • Benefit package available including CERF retirement, paid vacation, holiday and sick leave, health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
