An Entry Level Civil Service Exam for the Corsicana Police Department will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at the Corsicana Government Center, 200 N 12th St, Corsicana, TX 75110 Applications will be accepted through Friday, November 6, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Recruit I non-certified - $70,720/year Recruit II certified - $71,920/year Police Officer - $73,549/Year Applicants who are TCOLE certified Police Officers may be given preference in hiring Qualified applicants may be eligible for Lateral Entry Required Minimum Qualifications: • Must be a United States citizen at time of application • Applicant must be at least 21 years of age • Must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D. Applicants that have a GED must have either 24 months of active -duty military service and an Honorable Discharge or 12 credit hours from an accredited college or university.
